Stanley "Tony" Hebert

Stanley Anthony “Tony" Hebert, 68, of Lake Charles, passed away in Metairie hospital on Monday June 23, 2025 with his family at his side.

Tony was a native of Crowley and graduate of Iowa High School. He enjoyed freshwater fishing, especially for Bass, as a younger man. He was a construction superintendent for Mallett Buildings in Iowa for the past 20 years. Tony took pride not only in his work, but his family. He was known to have spent many hours on the jobsite making sure all was being done correctly and safely. With this strong work ethic, he provided very well for his family.

Tony was a member of St. Margaret Catholic Church.

Preceding Tony in death are his parents, Anthony and Gertrude Dupuis Hebert. He leaves to honor and cherish his memories, his beloved wife of 39 years, Brenda Lee Taylor Hebert and son, Spencer Hebert, both of Lake Charles; siblings, Frank Hebert (Mitzi), Iota; Darlene Rollins (Mike) Lake Charles and Lennis Hebert (Kim), Iota; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family of the heart.

A Gathering Family and Friends will begin on Friday June 27, 2025 at 3:00 PM at Johnson Funeral Home of Lake Charles with a Celebration of his life beginning at 4:00 PM. The Gathering will continue after the celebration until 7:00 PM. Private inurnment services will take place at a later date.

The family would like to recognize the Doctors, Nurses and staff of East Jefferson Hospital for their care for Tony, and them, in these last weeks.
