Steven Elliott Hazen, 73 of Sulphur, died on Monday, March 8, 2021 at a local hospital. He was born on February 11, 1948 in Olympia, WA. He served his country and was a Vietnam veteran.
Steven was preceded in death by his parents, Orin and Eileen Benson Hazen. He is survived by 3 daughters, Charleen Canoy and husband John, Garnet Hazen, and Chrissy Ringwald and husband Pat; and 8 grandchildren, Victoria, Wayne, Dannie, Danielle, Quintin, Brayden, Kaylea, and Olivia.
His cremation was entrusted to Simple Traditions by Johnson Funeral Home.
