Susan Lorraine Theriot Miller

Susan Miller, 69, of Iowa, passed away in her residence on Thursday, October 8, 2020.
She was born on March 16, 1951 and the daughter of the late Clayton and Allie Mae (Kebodeaux) Theriot. Susan was a graduate of LaGrange High and attended McNeese State University. Susan attended St. Raphael Catholic Church in Iowa. She and her husband, J. W. owned and operated Classic Doors, Inc. in Iowa. She loved gardening, cooking, sitting outside and listening to music. Above all, being with family, especially her grandbabies, was the most important.
She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Clayton Michael Theriot.
Susan is survived by her husband of 40 years, Gerald Wayne “J. W.” Miller; children, Jennie Dupre and husband, Eric of Iowa; John Miller and fiancé, Kayla of Kansas; Natalie Boone and husband, Felix of Iowa; Shannon Theriot and Chad Theriot, both of Hammond; grandchildren, Reed; Kendall; Marlee; Forrest and Jaiden.
Private funeral services will be held in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at 10 a.m. with Rev. Aubrey Guilbeau. Burail will follow in Consolata Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Raphael Catholic Church of Iowa.
