Taelor Karl Jackson, 24, passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2016.
Taelor was born on March 25, 1992 in Lake Charles. He was a graduate of Iowa High School, class of 2010 and attended Sowela Technical. Taelor was employed at Triumph Aviation as a mechanic. In his free time, he enjoyed, music, video games and skateboarding.
He is survived by his mother and step-father, Tammy and Dwayne Franklin, father, Ted Karl Jackson; siblings, Hannah Leger Fontenot, Brittani Leger Torregano and husband, Derek, Amber Franklin, Brittany Franklin Carter and husband, Zane, Hannah Franklin, Aaron Jackson, Ashley Nichole Jackson and Natoscha Jackson; grandparents, Fred & Patricia Marcantel, Charles & Jacqui Tarbell; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his step-grandmother, Genevieve Franklin; great-grandparents, Fred & Audrine Marcantel, Lawless & Beatrice Guillot.
A Rosary and memorial services will be in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home, Friday, September 16, 2016 at 2 p.m. with Father Marcus Johnson officiating. Visitation is Friday from 11 a.m. until the time of service in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Lacassine Cemetery.
Cremation was under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home – Iowa.
