Tami Jean Borrell, 66, of Sulphur, entered eternal rest on April 4, 2026.
She was a devoted wife of fifty years to her husband Rickey Borrell and a faithful follower of Christ whose life reflected kindness, strength, and unwavering love.
Together with her husband, she raised four children and lovingly helped raise two grandchildren, creating a home for everyone.
She loved to sing, cook meals that were shared with the whole neighborhood, and spend her time sewing, painting, and crafting beautiful handmade treasures that she shared with everyone. She expressed her love in both word and action, and her signature phrase,
"Love you more," became a cherished reminder of how deeply she cared for everyone in her life.
Above all, Tami was a devoted follower of Christ. Her relationship with the Lord guided her steps, shaped her character, and inspired those around her.
She lived her beliefs daily-through kindness, forgiveness, generosity, and a servant's heart.
Her legacy lives on in the family she nurtured, the faith she modeled, and the love she freely gave. Though she will be deeply missed, we find comfort in knowing she is rejoicing in the presence of her Savior.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband Rickey Borrell; Their four children Deborah Monceaux and husband Andrew Monceaux, Bethany Borrell, Joshua Borrell, and Keliah Adams; Their eight grandchildren Destiny Storm and husband Derek Storm, Katelyn Borrell, Caleb Borrell, Drew Monceaux and wife Kayley Monceaux, Colton Borrell, Paige Adams, Maddie Monceaux, Izzy Monceaux; and two great grandchildren Shiloh Jean Storm and Bella Rose Borrell; and her four siblings Trace Lambert, Clint Lambert, Dirk Sarver, and Brandi Cormier.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Peggy Moore; grandmother Madge Cormier; and her brother Darren Sarver.
A celebration of life service will take place April 11th, 2026, at Christian Life Church of Sulphur (423 Live Oak St.)
Visitation will begin at 2:00 pm and last until the start of service at 4:00 pm conducted by Pastor Marcus Wade.
