Taylor Ryan Johnson

Taylor Ryan Johnson, 22, of Lake Charles died Wednesday July 27, 2011 in Lake Charles.

Taylor was born April 17, 1989 in Lake Charles and was a 2007 Graduate of Westlake High School, where he played baseball. Baseball was a passion in Taylor's life.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Brittany Brady. Those left to cherish his memory are his MeMe and stepfather, Amanda and Donald Vincent of Westlake; mother and stepfather, Kris and Bobby Scott of Corpus Christi, TX; step father, Richard Pharris, DeQuincy; father, Charles Michael Johnson and wife Debbie, DeQuincy; two brothers, Zachary Peterman of Fayetteville, AR and Devin Pharris of Westlake; stepbrother, Christopher Pharis; sisters, Baylee Vincent, Westlake and Haley Johnson of DeQuincy; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Peterman of Oakdale, Jean Willis, DeQuincy, and Mr. and Mrs. Huey Johnson, DeQuincy; niece Ridlee Brady, Hayes, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Funeral Services will be at 12:00 noon Saturday July 30, 2011 at Johnson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Joey Swinnea officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM today at the funeral home. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery in Oakdale.
