Lake Charles ~ Ted Howard Thompson, born June 7, 1970, son of Julius and Corliss (Romaine) Thompson, passed away Monday, May 10, 2021, at the age of 50.
Ted was a graduate of Vermilion Catholic High School and worked for Seafarers as a Merchant
Marine. He enjoyed working out, watching movies, cooking and exploring other countries while working. He also enjoyed reading his bible and spending time with his family, especially his nieces and nephews.
Ted is survived by his parents; brothers, Guy Thompson (Tina), Jean Piere Thompson (Ana), Gabreal Froncois Thompson (Monica); sisters, Regina Ann Miller (Ross); Monique Gomes Thompson.
A Memorial Mass will be held in St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Catholic Church of Abbeville on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at 10 a.m., Fr. Francois Sainte-Marie Celebrant. Inurnment will follow in St. Mary Magdalen Cemetery in Abbeville. Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa.
