Terrell “Tootie” Guillory, loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away Saturday, November 23, 2024, at the age of sixty.
Tootie was born on September 15, 1964 in Eunice, son of the late Francis Roger and Juanita (Bertrand) Guillory. He was a graduate of Eunice High School and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration at McNeese State University. He worked as a financial analyst for the Isle of Capri. Tootie was a faithful member of St. John Vianney Catholic Church in Bell City and made an ACTS retreat with Christ the King Catholic Church in 2015. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting and fishing. His ability to always make people laugh will be missed by all who know him. “We will miss you, Tootie.”
He is preceded in death by his parents, and son, Noah Christopher Guillory.
Survivors include his wife, Rachel Nunez; sons, Alex Guillory and Seth Guillory; brothers, Darrell Guillory and Farrell “Teeny” Guillory; granddaughter, Norah Marie Guillory.
A Mass of Christian burial will be in St. John Vianney Catholic Church in Bell City on Tuesday, December 3, 2024 at 11 a.m. Rev. Paul D’Sa, Celebrant. Visitation will begin in the church at 9 a.m., with a rosary recited at 10:30 a.m. Cremation has been entrusted to Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa.
A private burial will be held at a later date.
