Thomas Edward "Tommy" Swaggart

Thomas Edward “Swag” Swaggart passed away April 6, 2024 in Lake Charles, Louisiana as result from an automobile accident. He was 63 years old.

Tommy was born in Monroe, Louisiana on March 16, 1961 to parents Shirlane and James Viola. He was preceded in death by his father, James, when he was just a month old. He leaves behind his mother, Shirlane West; wife, Sharon Davis; sister, Stacie Swaggart Retzlaff and two nephews, Alexander and Nicolas. Tommy was raised in Monroe and has lived his adult life in Lake Charles. He will be sincerely missed.

A celebration of his life will be announced in Monroe. Following his celebration, he will be laid to rest with his father in the Rymes/Hall Cemetery on Highway 15 in Monroe, Louisiana.
