Timothy Blaine Smith

God blessed our family with a beautiful boy, Timothy Blaine Smith on August 5, 1965. He was born in Lake Charles to Thomas Wayne and Beverly Smith. 

Timmy spent his special time on earth enjoying long rides around Lake Charles, eating ice cream and chips and was never ready to return home. His enjoyment of seeing the lights, listening to gospel music, and watching his favorite game shows on television never ended.

He captured his love of the fall season with pumpkins at Halloween to Christmas lights during the holiday season and all the joy live would give it to him. Timmy’s joy and love was shared with many through his bountiful hugs and happy greetings.

Heavens gates embraced his arrival on September 29, 2021. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Wayne Smith.

He is survived by his mother, Beverly Smith; his brothers, Randall Wayne Smith and Stephen Dale Smith; and his spouse Trisha Smith; nephews Dakota Smith and Corbett Reed; nieces, Callie Smith, Casey Price, and Brandi Talbot.

Funeral services will be held Monday, October 4, 2021at 2:00 pm at Simple Traditions by Johnson Funeral Home, located at 3448 5th Ave., Lake Charles. Visitation will begin at 12:30. Burial will follow in Old Ritchie cemetery. The service will be officiated my Reverend Don Snider.
