Timothy Edward Tarver

Timothy Edward Tarver, 51, of Lake Charles passed away at 1:26 PM, Monday, November 7, 2016 in a local hospital.

He was born in Des Arc, Arkansas, and lived most of his life in the Lake Charles area. Tim worked as a Service Manager for several Car Dealerships in the area.

He is survived by his wife, Melissa Breaux Tarver; son, Patrick Tarver; two step-sons, Brian Saltzman and wife Calei and Justin Saltzman and wife Chelsea and four grandchildren; four brothers, Vincent Wade Tarver and wife Marcella, Gordon Bruce Tarver and wife Jo Ann, Donald Bryan Tarver and wife Julia, and Phillip Tarver and wife Dewanna; three sisters, Catherine Elizabeth Long, Laura Grace Duhon, and Sheila Joy Davis and husband Mike, and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father and mother, Vince Edward Tarver and Eula Blanche Tarver.

A gathering of family and friends will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at Johnson Funeral Home. Cremation was under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home.
