Lake Charles – Timothy Scott LeBlanc, 58, passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2017.
Born in Lake Charles on October 27, 1958, he was the son of the late Rolland James and Gertrude “Trudy” (Tate) LeBlanc. He was a graduate of Barbe and a member of Our Lady Queen of Heaven. Timothy was a welder & pipefitter for PPG. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, woodworking and loved riding his motorcycle.
He is survived by his two daughters, Lacey LeBlanc King (Clayton) of Sulphur & Kayla LeBlanc and fiancé, Billy Higgins of Lake Charles; siblings, Steve LeBlanc (Margaret) of Lacassine & Trudy Bourgeois (C.J.) of Florien; two grandchildren, Grant King & Addison Higgins and numerous nieces & nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents.
A Mass of Christian burial will be in St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church ~ Lacassine, Friday, July 21, 2017 at 10 a.m. with Father Rojo Antony officiating. Burial will follow in Lacassine Cemetery under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home. Visitation is Thursday from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m., with a rosary at 7 p.m. in Johnson & Brown Funeral Home and will resume from 8 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. in the funeral home.
