Tina Lorene Romero

Tina Lorene Bertrand Romero, 51, of Nederland, TX, died at 4:55 PM on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 in a Port Arthur, TX hospital.

Tina was born January 10, 1966 in Winnie, TX. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed taking cruises and helping anyone who was in need.

Tina is survived by her husband of thirty-six years, Aaron Keith Romero, Sr.; father, Darrell Bertrand and wife Patsy Touchet Bertrand; mother, Nancy Carlin; mother-in-law, Amy Romero; children, Aaron Keith Romero, Jr. and wife Beth Romero and Tabitha Romero and husband David Blessitt; brothers, Curtis Bertrand and wife Michelle and Brent Touchet; brother-in-law, Glen Romero and wife Dana; sisters-in-law, Missie Perritt, Carrie Bryan, Linda Lisotta, Diana Leger and husband Hilton and Pat Lovelace and husband Jimmy Wynne; six granddaughters, Isabella Romero, Emilie Leger, Makenzie Blessitt, Devani Blessitt, Alice Blessitt, and Serenity Blessitt; one grandson, Donovan Romero; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Kirk Touchet.

Her funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, February 27, 2017 at the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Reverend Tony Bourque will officiate. Burial will follow in Westlake Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Sunday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM and continue on Monday from 10:00 AM until the start of the service.
