Tracy Peavy Haymon, 58, passed away in Carlyss, Louisiana. She was born on May 8 in Sumter, South Carolina. She grew up in a close-knit family with four sisters. Her early years were spent moving often due to her father's construction work, but her mother kept the family grounded with love and care. Tracy had a magnetic personality and a gift for making everyone feel welcome. She loved being surrounded by friends and was always up for a spontaneous adventure. Her radiant smile could light up any room, and she never met a stranger- a trait that earned her the affectionate nickname "Gabby". Tracy was tall in presence and spirit - fiercely loyal, and passionate about everything she did. She was a devoted mother to her two children and an adoring grandmother, finding her greatest joy in spending time with her grandchildren and enchanting them with her unforgettable stories. Tracy's warmth, strength, and vibrant spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Those left to cherish Tracy's memory are her mother, Jewell Peavy; sisters, Denise Trahan (Eldaw), Lisa Lyles (Mike), Terri Menard (Ricky), Robin Peavy; children, Ethan Erbelding (Amanda), Whitney Roberts (Justin Folsom); grandchildren, Camden Johnson, Emily Johnson, Stetson Folsom, Colton Folsom, Elliot Erbelding, Trace Erbelding; goddaughter, Sarah Guillory (Zach); grandchildren by heart, Zoey Guillory, Copeland Guillory, and many nieces and nephews.
