With heavy hearts, we share the news of Valerie Lou Ziegler, who left us unexpectedly on September 17, 2025. Born on February 17, 1977, in Sulphur, LA, Valerie was a vibrant soul known for her bright blue eyes and warm smile that could light up any room.Valerie spent her early career as a print tech at Alpha Graphics for five years before embracing her true passion as a dedicated housewife and loving mother. She cherished every moment spent with her family, whether it was fishing, camping, hitting the beach, or enjoying fun-filled trips to the casino. Valerie had an unwavering love for her family and, of course, her beloved dog Roxy, who was always by her side.

Valerie leaves behind her daughter Taylor Ziegler, son Adam Dinger, and stepdaughters Aleena and Kaydence "KK" Dinger. She is also survived by her loving mother Charmaine Ziegler Meche, siblings Mark Ziegler (Katrina) and Deidra Ziegler Doucet (Corey), her cherished grandchildren Gracie Ziegler and Jaylee Thierry and her best friend and sidekick, her dog Roxy. She was preceded in death by her father, Russ "Rusty" Ziegler, her son Darren Scott Raymond, and her sister Dena Ziegler Guidry.
