Vicki Ann "Sissy" Vaughn

Vicki Ann “Sissy” Vaughn, 68 of Lake Charles, died on Saturday, August 27, 2022, at a local hospice facility.  She was born on December 13, 1953 in Lake Charles to the late John and Nelma Vaughn.

Vicki lived at CARC Cherryhill Group Home for 32 years.  She loved bowling, dancing, games, The Golden Girls, and spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by one sister, Valerie Vaughn of Lake Charles; two brothers, Victor Vaughn and wife Loretta of Baton Rouge and Vince Vaughn and wife Etta of Westlake; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.  She is also survived by her other family, Joyce Eddie, and the residents of CARC.

Funeral services for Vicki will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, August 31, 2022, at Simple Traditions by Johnson Funeral Home, located at 3448 5^th Avenue Lake Charles. Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM.
