Vicki Mcdaniel

Vickie Lynn McDaniel, 51, of Sulphur, LA died Tuesday, December 29, 2015 surrounded by her family.

Vickie was born on October 9, 1964 in Lake Charles, LA to Leroy and Mary McDaniel.

She was a generous person who loved her friends and family. Vickie loved to read, play computer games, and give stray animals a home. She also enjoyed playing bingo with her sister Audrey.

She is survived by two children, Amber Dawn McDaniel of Sulphur, LA and Chantel Adrian Hebert of Vinton, LA; two siblings, Audrey Henry of Ragley, LA and Christopher Gardner of Sulphur, LA; and two grandchildren, Nayomi and Zackary Traxler.

Services will be at 2:00 PM Sunday, January 3, 2016 at Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM Saturday, January 2, 2016 at Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation will resume from 8:00 AM until time of service Sunday at Johnson Funeral Home. Cremation will be entrusted to Johnson Funeral Home. Pastor V. Joey Ethridge will officiate services.
