He is survived by his children, Brian Hebert of Iowa; Brannon Hebert of Kansas; Michael Hebert of Sulphur; Tommy Hebert of Tomball; Ricky Hebert of Houston and Debbie Hebert of Houston. He is preceded in death by his son, Billy Wayne Hebert and his parents, Francis and Roberta (LaFleur) Hebert.

He was born on January 24, 1941 in Port Arthur, Texas.
