William M. Cannon

William M. Cannon, age 67, passed away Monday, August 02, 2010, at a Sulphur hospital.

He was an Army veteran and a self-employed marine contractor.

Survivors include his companion, Davene Roberts of Lake Charles; one daughter, Michelle Cannon and husband, Michael Medeiros of Lake Charles; two sisters, Virginia Weber and husband, James of Swansea, IL and Barbara Pirtle of O'Fallon, IL; three grandchildren, Brandon William Cannon, Erica Leger and husband, Adam, and Kristen Medeiros; and five great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, August 3, 2010, at Big Woods Cemetery in Edgerly, LA, under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 3, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
