Yvonne Fontenot Bebee, born in Fenton on January 20, 1943, daughter of Abie and Mary (Heyd) Fontenot, passed away Monday, August 28, 2023, at the age of 80.
Yvonne attended McNeese State University and was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Fenton. She enjoyed traveling, reading, and being with family. She was faithful to pray the rosary every day.
She is preceded in death by her parents; sons, Dennis and Craig Bebee; siblings, Gene and Irvin Fontenot.
Survivors are her loving husband of 60 years, Ray Bebee; sons, Dwayne Bebee (Jodi), and David Bebee; grandchildren, Matthew, Jordan, Megan, Maranda, Alex and John; great-grandchildren, Farrah, and Grayson.
Visitation will be held in St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church Hall in Fenton on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 from 8 a.m. until 10: 45 a.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be in St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Fenton on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at 11 a.m. Rev. Jom Joseph, Celebrant. A burial will follow in Consolata Cemetery under the direction of Johnson & Brown Funeral Home of Iowa.
